Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. (12) corn tortillas
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    1 can Ro-Tel chopped tomatoes
    cheese (I slice Velveeta)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat with chili powder and garlic powder.
    Drain fat.
    Layer the following:
    Place half of tortillas in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Pour ground meat mixture over tortillas. Add beans, then spread chopped onions over beans.
    Cover with cheese.
    Place remaining tortillas on top.
    Add soup and just enough water to rinse the can.
    Put tomatoes over all.
    Cover tightly with foil or lid and bake at least 30 minutes.
