Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, softened
    2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Mix cheese and sausage.
    Gradually mix in the biscuit mix. Roll into small balls and bake in 325\u00b0 oven about 15 minutes.
