Empanada'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 c. flour
    1/4 to 1/3 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    1/2 to 1 can tomato paste
    chopped onion
    1 green pepper, chopped
    15 green olives, chopped
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Mix margarine and cheese together.
    Add flour until crumbly. Add enough water to make soft dough.
    Mix all remaining ingredients for meat mixture and chill.
    Roll out dough, cut with 6-inch diagonal circle cutter.
    Put about 2 tablespoons of meat into middle of dough circle and lap over and pinch together. Continue with remaining dough.
    Makes about 20.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned.
