Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
2 pkg. Mexican cornbread
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can creamed corn

Preparation

Brown
hamburger
with\tonion.\tMix
cornbread mixes as directed.
Pour half
of mix in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Layer
hamburger
meat, cheese, corn, then rest of the cornbread mix.
Bake at 375\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
