Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. dates, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. nuts, chopped
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter in frying pan.
Add dates, eggs, salt and sugar; mix well.
Cook for 10 minutes, stirring over low heat to prevent burning.
Add Rice Krispies, nuts and vanilla.
Cool and shape into small balls; roll in coconut.
