Ingredients

2 c. cooked carrot slices
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Warm carrots.
In another saucepan, combine next 4 ingredients.
Add orange juice and stir, cooking until thick. Stir in butter at least and pour over drained carrots.
Serves 4 to 6.
