Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and flour.
    Separate eggs.
    Mix yolks with sugar and butter. Grate rind of lemon.
    Add juice and rind and cup of milk.
    Then add beaten egg whites.
    Bake in unbaked crust at 350\u00b0.
