Corned Beef Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

1 lb. macaroni
1 can corned beef
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. finely chopped saltine crackers
Preparation

Cook macaroni and drain.
Return to pan.
Cut cheese into cubes and add to macaroni. Add 2 cans of soup with 1 can of water. Cook and stir on low until cheese is melted. Crumble corned beef in and stir. Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan and add cracker crumbs and a little melted butter or margarine on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 1/2 hour.
