Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 c. molasses
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Beat eggs lightly.
Add to brown sugar, molasses and oil. Combine and sift together the dry ingredients; add to egg mixture. Lastly, stir in boiling water.
Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
