Fresh Apple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. corn oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. finely chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease and flour two loaf pans, 7 1/2 x 3 1/2-inch or one larger pan.
    Thoroughly stir together flour, baking soda and salt. In the large bowl of electric mixer, beat together at medium speed the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
    Gradually add flour mixture until smooth. Fold in apples and nuts. Turn into prepared pans.
    Bake about 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serves 8 to 10 people.
