Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green chilies, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    6 to 8 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Fry sausage and crumble.
    Drain, reserving 3 tablespoons fat. Saute onion, green pepper, celery and green chilies in the reserved fat.
    Mix all ingredients and place in 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serves 10.
