Pineapple Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt and corn meal.
    Mix well and add egg, butter, pineapple and milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
