Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, diced
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. dried mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp - peel and devein
    1 bud garlic, crushed and minced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Crushed seasoned croutons mixed with butter.
    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Pour into large casserole dish.
    Covered with foil and bake at 350 for 45 min.
    Uncover. Add crushed croutons on top.
    Brown.
    (About 10 minutes.)
