Cheesy Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. diced sweet red or green bell pepper
    2 c. sliced yellow summer squash or zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti according to package directions in unsalted water.
    Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat butter.
    Add bell pepper; cook and stir occasionally until barely tender.
    Add squash and mushrooms.
    Cook and stir occasionally, until barely tender, about 4 minutes.
    Drain pasta; toss with vegetables in skillet.
    Cover and keep warm.
