Lime Pineapple Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained very well
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into 1-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Makes 8 servings.
Serve with yogurt instead of whipped cream for less calories and fat.
