Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. chopped apple
1 c. pecans broken
Preparation

Beat together the salad oil, sugar and eggs until creamy. Sift dry ingredients together.
Add slowly to the batter.
Add vanilla.
Fold in apples and nuts.
Batter will be stiff.
Bake in a tube pan (I line pan) for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cool completely before cutting.
