Easy Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms
garlic powder
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
parsley
pepper
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Wash mushrooms and take off stems and put them aside.
Chop the stems and brown them in melted margarine in skillet.
Slowly add Parmesan cheese; stir and add bread crumbs, parsley, garlic powder and pepper until mixture is almost dry.
Stuff into mushroom caps and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Top with cheese, if you like.
