Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Blend eggs and sugar with 1 stick butter. Add vinegar and vanilla. Sprinkle cornmeal on bottom of 9-inch unbaked pie shell and pour in the egg mixture into pie shell. Bake 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
