Blueberry Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    5 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Grease 24 (2 1/2-inch) muffin cups or line with paper bake cups. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    In a small bowl, combine eggs, butter and buttermilk. Stir egg mixture into dry ingredients gently until just mixed.
    Gently fold in blueberries.
    Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and firm.
    Makes about 2 dozen.
