Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stuffing mushrooms
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. bread crumbs (can use flavored)
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Remove stems and chop up.
Preheat to 350\u00b0.
Melt margarine and saute onions, add chopped stems and continue sauteing.
Then add bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Mix well, remove from heat and put mixture into mushroom caps.
Add water to cover bottom of cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
