Apple Cinnamon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) box Quaker oat bran
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. skim milk
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
    4 egg whites
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 c. apples, cored and chopped
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix milk, apple juice concentrate, egg whites and oil in a bowl or blender.
    Add dry ingredients and mix.
    Add the chopped apples.
    Line muffin pans with paper baking cups and fill with batter.
    Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 17 minutes.
    Cool and freeze.
    Remove muffins from freezer and heat in microwave as needed.
    Makes about 30 muffins.
