Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mushroom or celery soup
1/2 c. milk
dash of pepper
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
dash of paprika
Preparation

Blend soup, milk and pepper.
In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, arrange potatoes, onion, sauce and cheese in layers.
Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
Cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more, or until done.
Makes about 4 cups.
