Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
6 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 onion, sliced thin
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 soup can milk
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
6 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown beef.
Place potatoes and onion in a large buttered baking dish; add meat.
Mix cheese soup with milk until smooth. Add this to meat and potatoes, mixing together. Combine tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano and sugar.
Pour over top; dot with butter.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for at least 1 1/2 hours.
Remove cover and arrange sliced cheese on top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Return to oven, uncovered, for about 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
