Ingredients

2 c. chopped pecans
1 pt. whipping cream
5 eggs (optional)
1 1/2 c. sugar or to taste
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter extract
1/4 tsp. maple extract
Preparation

Roast pecans in oven at 300\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together and add chopped pecans.
Freeze in 4 or 5-quart freezer.
