Swiss Ham And Vegetables - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
3 pkg. frozen French cut green beans
2 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. crushed corn flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Melt butter; add flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion. Gradually stir in sour cream.
Cook and drain beans; add sauce and ham.
Put in buttered casserole; top with cheese.
Melt butter and add cornflakes.
Mix well and pour over cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
