Queso(Mexican Cheese Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. (1/4 lb.) shredded, sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    pinch of garlic
Preparation
    Allow cream cheese to soften at room temperature.
    Mix together all ingredients to blend.
    Serve this as a dip for corn chips or raw vegetables.
