Easy Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (2 c.) shredded coconut
2 c. pecan halves
1 c. candied red cherries
1 c. candied green cherries
1 c. candied pineapple
1 can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation

Grease loaf pan well.
Line with foil.
Grease inside of foil in pan.
Mix ingredients well.
Place in pan and press down firmly until packed. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool completely in pan. Improves with age.
