Ambrosia Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    2 c. (12 oz.) Ambrosia semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a small mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
    Set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
    Add vanilla and egg.
    Beat well.
    Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
    Mix well.
    Add Ambrosia semi-sweet chocolate chips.
    Mix well.
    Roll a heaping tablespoon of dough into a ball.
    Place each ball 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove baking sheet from oven and place cookies on cooling rack.
    Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.
