Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
    1 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat 3 eggs thoroughly with 2/3 cup sugar, dash of salt, 1 cup dark corn syrup and 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor.
    Add 1 cup pecan halves.
    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
