Cinnamon Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, separated
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add egg yolk.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Spread in a jelly roll pan (10 x 15-inch).
    Brush slightly beaten egg white over dough.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Press into dough and bake at 350\u00b0.
    Cut into triangles while still hot.
