Tangy Meatballs(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 lb. lean ground beef
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, milk, salt, onion and curry.
    Mix lightly. Add beef; blend thoroughly.
    Shape mixture into 36 one-inch balls. Arrange half the balls into a double circle on a round micro-proof plate.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Use Cook cycle and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until beef is no longer red, rotating dish once during cooking time.
    Repeat with remaining meatballs.
    Serve on toothpicks.
