Chocolate Chip Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press in bottom of pie pan to form a crust. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Mix well with mixer until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Blend in chocolate chips and vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes more. Chill well before serving.
