Hot Apple Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 apples
    10 onions
    18 green bell peppers
    18 or less red hot peppers
    6 c. sugar
    1 qt. vinegar
Preparation
    Put apples, onions and peppers in food processor and process until very finely chopped.
    Add sugar and vinegar; boil until thickened.
    Put in sterilized jars.
    If you don't want it very hot, use less hot peppers.
    Makes about 11 pints.
