Ingredients

4 qt. cucumber slices
6 medium onions
2 sweet peppers
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. table salt
3 c. vinegar
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
-
Bring vinegar solution to a full boil.
Pour over cucumber mixture.
Let pickles simmer only long enough to lose bright green color.
Place in hot jars and seal.
