Red Potatoes Fried With Onion And Garlic - cooking recipe

24 or more red potatoes, cut into small bite-sizes
2 yellow onions, chopped fine
2 c. Crisco oil (may need to use more)
2 Tbsp. pepper (to taste)
4 to 6 Tbsp. Lawry's garlic salt (to taste)

Depending on how many you are cooking for, you can add or delete ingredients. (Serving size for 6.) Heat stovetop medium to medium-high. Pour oil into large frying pan. Place cut potatoes and onion into oil before it gets hot. Stir in pepper and garlic salt. Never leave cooking oil alone (EVER). Stirring and keeping a constant eye out, make sure to fry until golden brown or to taste.
