Hamburger Upside-Down Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. chili powder or more to taste
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
In a skillet, saute onion, pepper and beef in oil until brown.
Add tomato sauce and remaining ingredients; mix well.
Turn into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Cover with cornbread topping (use box of Jiffy corn muffin mix, mixed as directed on box and use for topping).
Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0. Turn onto serving plate at once with topping side down.
Serves 6.
