Low-Fat Potato Bacon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped Canadian bacon or turkey ham
    2 c. water
    4 potatoes, cubed
    12 oz. evaporated milk
    1/2 oz. pkg. butter flavor seasoning mix
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook onions and bacon until tender.
    Stir in water and potatoes.
    Boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Slightly mash a few potatoes. Stir in milk, seasoning and pepper to taste.
