Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry shell
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    6 eggs
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. almonds
    1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 large tomato, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Cook spinach.
    Drain.
    Combine eggs, cream cheese and Cheddar cheese.
    Stir in spinach, almonds, green onions, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Pour into shell.
    Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Top with tomato and 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 4 minutes more.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
