Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chops, cut with pocket for stuffing
    2 medium apples
    2 stalks celery
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    2 small onions
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Chop apples with peel on and mix with chopped onion, celery and seasonings.
    Stuff chops and place in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sage.
    Cover tightly and bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Remove cover and brown.
