Hot Pepper Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    37 hot peppers, cut up
    1 qt. yellow mustard
    1 qt. white vinegar
    6 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix hot peppers in blender.
    Put mustard, vinegar and sugar in pan.
    Bring to boil.
    Add peppers, water and flour to make thickening.
    Boil until thick.
    Fill pint jars and seal.
    Makes 7 pints.
