Linguine With Clams And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. linguine
    8 oz. frozen broccoli
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
    Cook linguine according to package directions.
    Add broccoli 3 minutes before linguine is done.
    Drain, but reserve a little cooking water.
    Drain clams; reserve liquid.
    Saute garlic in oil until brown.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Add clam liquid; cook, stirring until thick and bubbly.
    Add clams; heat to serving temperature.
    Place linguine in serving bowl. Pour on sauce and Parmesan cheese.
    If mixture is too thick, add a little pasta water.
