Heavenly Lemon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    6 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Add
    egg
    yolks,
    water,
    vegetable oil, lemon rind and lemon juice.
    Stir until smooth.\tBeat egg whites and cream of tartar until
    stiff
    peaks
    forms.
    Fold egg whites into flour mixture, blending
    well.
    Pour
    batter into ungreased 10-inch tube pan. Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until done.
