Kool-Aid Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Kool-Aid (unsweetened)
    2 c. sugar
    2 qt. water
    1 (2 liter) bottle 7-Up or Sprite
    1/2 gal. sherbet or ice cream (raspberry, strawberry or whatever color matches the Kool-Aid)
    6 pkg. Kool-Aid (I use 3 lemon-lime and 3 lemonade)
    6 c. sugar
    3 qt. water
    2 (12 oz.) cans frozen lemonade
    2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice
    3 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
    1 gal. apple cider
    3 very large bottles ginger ale, chilled
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except ginger ale.
    When ready to serve, add chilled ginger ale.
