Chicken Spaghetti(Feeds The Masses; Freezes Well) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, stewed with onion
1/4 to 1/2 stick oleo
3 to 4 stalks celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can sliced olives
1 small pkg. green peas
equivalent of 1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small block Velveeta cheese
1 large can tomatoes
3/4 pkg. spaghetti, cooked
Mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in butter until onion is clear.
Add olives, peas and soups; mix well.
Cut up Velveeta and add to mixture.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Mix spaghetti with all ingredients, except Mozzarella, in large pan.
Cover with grated Mozzarella. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, about 45 minutes.
