Soul Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. top sirloin, cut 1 1/2-inch thick
    1 c. beer
    12 dashes hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    2 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from steak.
    Combine beer and hot sauce to marinate steak in .
    Marinate
    steak in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours, turning several times.
    Remove from refrigerator, allowing steak to warm to room temperature before cooking.
