Pound Cake Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. real butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. cake flour
    5 eggs
    4 c. chopped nuts
    1 lb. candied cherries
    1 lb. candied pineapple
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar until smooth.
    Add eggs one at a time. Add flour, vanilla and baking powder; mix well.
    Stir in nuts and candied fruits.
    Mix well.
    Pour in a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for first 30 minutes; finish baking at 300\u00b0 for one hour.
