Chocolate Filled Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
dash of salt
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
3 c. flour
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water

Preparation

Cream the first 5 ingredients and add chocolate chips. Mix remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Batter will be thin.
Fill cupcakes 1/2 full.
Fill with a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
