Red Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced tomatoes
    2 c. diced onions
    1/4 c. diced hot peppers
    2 c. diced bell peppers
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 pt. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine vegetables; drain.
    Add sugar, vinegar and spices. Let set 10 minutes.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes. Heat lids.
    Put relish into jars and seal.
    Makes approximately 7 pints.
