Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large sweet onions
    milk
    1 egg
    flour
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Slice onions and soak in milk (enough to cover onion rings) overnight or at least 2 hours.
    Beat the egg with the milk that the onions stood in.
    Dip onion rings in milk mixture, then in flour, then back in milk, then in cracker crumbs.
    Let dry a little, then deep fry in deep fryer.
