Maida Pakoda Or Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. rice flour
    1 Tbsp. cream of wheat
    3/4 c. water
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 large onions
    3 green chilies
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin seed
    oil for frying
    small piece of ginger
Preparation
    Chop onions, green chilies, ginger and coriander leaves.
    Mix the flour with salt and baking soda.
    Add buttermilk, water and chopped ingredients.
    Heat oil.
    Take small portions of dough and drop in the oil.
    Fry until golden brown.
    Prepare in the same manner until all the mixture is used up.
    Serve hot.
